Open the app, go to the menu, and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and personal data. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Tap the ⋯ menu next to a review and choose Report this review, or block the user from the same menu. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our Terms of Service.

On the Near Me map, tap the place and use the report buttons for a wrong location or a permanently closed place. You can also email us the place name and what's wrong.

Card offers come from each bank and can change without notice. Always confirm with the restaurant or your bank before you pay. Email us which deal it is and we'll check it.

Table booking is not switched on yet. Please contact the restaurant directly using the details on its place page.

Check that notifications are allowed for Shoonkria in your phone settings, and that the alerts you want are turned on (bell icon on Home).

Allow location for Shoonkria in your phone settings, or pick your city manually in the app. Near Me and nearby deals need location to work.
