Terms of Service

By using Shoonkria you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or website. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

1. The Service

Shoonkria is a food and city guide run by Ali Rehman, with reviews and ratings, card-deal information, events and planning tools. Features may change at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 13 or older. You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing us.

3. Location

Using your location is optional and can be turned off in your device settings.

4. Recommendations and third-party information

Scores and reviews are personal opinions, not guarantees. Hours, prices and bank or card discounts come from venues and banks and can change without notice. Please confirm with the venue or bank before you go or pay.

5. Acceptable use

You may not post fake or misleading content, manipulate reviews, harass, hate on or impersonate others, post unlawful or sexually explicit material, spam, scrape data, or use the Service unlawfully.

5A. Content rules, reporting and blocking

• Reviews and other user content may be checked by automatic filtering before they appear.
• You can report a review from the ⋯ menu next to it, and you can block a user from the same menu.
• We review reports within 24 hours and remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
• You can also report content by emailing ali@shoonkria.com.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give Shoonkria a licence to host, display and share it in the Service. You can delete your reviews.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its contents belong to Shoonkria, Ali Rehman or their licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Paid features and sponsorships

Some placements are sponsored. Sponsorship does not change honest scores or reviews.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop the Service at any time and do not guarantee uptime.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promises about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using Shoonkria at any time. We may suspend access or remove content for breaches of these terms, or if the Service ends.

14. Governing law

Pakistani law applies, and disputes are decided by the courts of Lahore, unless the law of your country provides otherwise.

15. Changes to the terms

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date changes and we will announce important changes in the app.
