Shoonkria ("Shoonkria", "we", "us") is a mobile app and website that helps people discover food places on a map, plan meals in cities across Pakistan, and find bank card discounts. Shoonkria is operated by Ali Rehman, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the app or website you agree to this policy.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, national ID numbers or your contacts.
Location is optional. We use it to show places and deals near you and to centre the map. We do not track you in the background. If you turn on nearby alerts, your location is sent to us linked to your device ID, not to your name. Our analytics record only coarse location, such as city or area. You can turn location off at any time in your device settings and choose your city manually instead.
Account and app data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase. You can edit your profile and delete your account from within the app.
We run first-party analytics in our own backend to understand which features are used. These events are tied to a random ID, not to your account. On the website we also use Google Analytics 4, which you can opt out of using Google's opt-out tool.
We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we show no third-party advertising.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Shoonkria (for example Supabase, Cloudflare, Apple and Google for sign-in and push notifications, and map, weather and air-quality providers that receive only the coordinates needed to return results), when the law requires it, or with a successor company if Shoonkria is sold or merged. Some providers may process data outside Pakistan.
We keep account data while your account is active. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymised, except for certain records we keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Anonymous usage records cannot be linked back to you.
We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Shoonkria is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The app links to third-party places, maps, social media and bank offer pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
